Mobikwik — wallet balance not updated

My problem is that my wallet balance not update. I add 3 times Rs 100 and 1 time Rs 110 but my wallet shows only Rs 200. Even i submited two tickets till now but no response Tickets are : 1962635, 1966126. I had done a transaction on ebay.in using mobikwik on 30/12/2014 .due to some reasons ebay refunded me the amount of rs 6027.12 wrt the transaction. The amount has not been credited to my account. Pls add the refund amount fast. its really a bitter experience for those who trust you.
