I have purchased a MTS MBlaze Wifi dongle as per their plan of 40GB Unlimited and after 15days after about 15GB usage the speed gone damn slow. Reduced speed of net connection before alloted data usage

I purchased MTS MBLAZE ultra wi fi for 40 GB data. The speed was supposed to be 9.8 Mbps. But after usage of only 25 GB, the speed has dropped to 64Kbps. The customer care is not registering the complaint and is stalling the matter. I have been completely harassed as we have our exams coming up very soon. Please do something about it....

The MTS Mblaze Post paid data card promises to provide 40GB of Data usage per month and in the begining they said the monthly charges will be Rs.999/- and then when the bill came for the first month and it was well over than what the said me and it was just above Rs.1100( yea you heard it right it is Rs.1100 per month) .. On top of this every month in the last 8-10 days i'm not able to download anything but i still can stream videos @480p...

Worst speed of internet

may5712 may/8143 this is my complaint number which is given by concern person from MTS customer care .i have done recharge of 1298 last month and 999 for this month .this is the unlimited packs ..this last two month the speed was just 120 to 150kbps .i dont know about some device but mine is like this .temporary browser history cookies everything clean .i called up twice in a day .almost 15 days over .and also very very worst service .everything...

Overpaid bill payment not being returned

I had a MTS dongle connection for 3G with number [protected]. I asked MTS to close it as I was not using it any more. Even after I asked to close it, MTS sent 2 bills after this and I got a court notice to pay those. As I did not wanted to be part of court activities, I was ready to pay them. But again MTS lawyers troubled me by asking to pay 3000 amount which was actually more than the bill, i normally should receive. I paid this amount...

Totally Fraud from MTS Implementation of "Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited"

Hello Sir, I had purchased MTS Blaze 3G Plus 9.8MBPS (Postpaid) in the October month of 2013. Due to dissatisfaction of the network I forced to surrender my postpaid account & they asked to pay concern bill amount., I did the same on Jan 2014 (with clearance) & Account has been disabled. Sir as per a plan by mts mblaze company i get my card recharged with 798 rs for unlimited 3G Internet services.according to the plan i had to get 5 GB unlimited Internet at full speed that would be up to 3.1 mbps, but instead that i got only about 100 kbps speed.
