Theft calls and unnecessary charges

MTS being Uncooperative

I am a customer with MTS for almost 2 years. Switched here from Tata Photon, which indeed was a good option. Up till now there was no problem with my a/c. But all of a sudden, I got a bill of 2880 RS for a plan which of 749 Rs. The reason company officials are giving is over usage of data though as per my bill, it shows total of 15144 mb consumed. MTS had activated a service called Bikini babes without my consent (on my mother's number which is [protected])and when i realised it i deactivated the service two weeks back and also said them to activate DO NOT DISTURB service. but three days back again the same service of Bikini babes is renewed even after deactivating it. Speed capping after one month

I purchase MTS MBlaze ultra wifi data card on May 4th 2014. For the first one month the speed is around 4-5 Mbps. After the first month the speed is reduced to 0.3 - 0.5 Mbps. For the last 2 weeks I got only the low speed. MTS limiting the speed after the first month. I am using the data card in same place and I have same signal points as earlier. Never believe the add, its the worst in the market

1. False Commitments by company : I purchased an MTS mblaze seeing their add " 9 mbps speed " but its offering not more than 1.2 mbps (with fluctuations not stable) . My home is middle of the cochin city (Ernakulam, kerala). if they cant offer only 1.2 mbps speed there what we can expect in other areas.

2. Post sales service: there is nothing like that!!! neither the one who delivered nor the customer care executive...

Worst Service / Speed

Sir, I recharged my mts dongle ([protected]) of rs299 on 28/05/2014 it was the last day recharge my net balance was something 8gb leftover after the recharge if recharged on 28/05/2014 i would get a balance carry forward 8gb+1gb data .
