This watch is not deliverable to Dehradun 248003 even though before it used to be....

I had purchased a pink coloured cotton top of ONLY brand from Myntra and it was delivered to me on time. However I had to replace it due to some manufacturing defect . The Myntra delivery guy took the defective tee shirt but did not give me the replacement. The app shows delivered on the 11th September. I ordered a Top then I want to exchange with Noise watch so It put it on exchange. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with Myntra, a company that has managed to ruin what was supposed to be a special occasion for my family. As a common man who finds happiness in few occasions, my daughter's birthday on September 22nd was one such cherished event. We decided to make it memorable by ordering a dress for her from Myntra, a decision we now regret profoundly.

A product without tags was delivered to me. When I tried to return, the delivery person did not take it saying that it doesn't have tags. I have called many times and they raised the issue saying it will be resolved in 24-48 hours. It has been more than 5 days and every day I am given a new timeline and product is not picked up and my money is wasted. No-one is responding to complaints as well...
