Faulty phone shipped with no positive resolution

Recently i bought a mobile phone from overcart.com but the phone arrived with faulty sim slot, sim slot of the phone was not working, when i tried to get resolution from their customer support team, they asked me to make video to prove that my phone is really faulty. But even after sending them pictures and videos there is no resolution from their side. Its been more than 5 days and i am still waiting for my product to be returned or refunded....

Broken product send in a delivery time of 7 days and post 3 months yet to receive a refund

Harassment by overcart
