Pan Card — Apply for duplicate pan card

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had apply for Duplicate pan card in month of March,My Acknowledge number is [protected]. but till date i haven't receive that. daily i was looking for status in their website, but the same status they are showing that document not complete, even 3 times i have submitted valid document, 3 time in a week, i am calling in pan card Customer care no. but they are also not responding. they said the communication address in different, but i already sent 2 times the valid documents them by mail, by fax, and by post, but they are unable give me required feedback.please help me to get my pan card, its very urgent.

I have applied for my NEW PAN CARD as i have lost my PAN CARD. I applied for new card with lost complaint and with correct documents. But till date i have not received my PAN CARD.

Your PAN card was dispatched through First Flight Courier (AWB ZB6935812) on October 12, 2011.

It was deliverd at the address of communicatio memntioned in application form on Cotober 15, 2011, 12 PM. The delivery was received by Mr. Ankit.
