I went to mr. Pawan gupta passport officer in shalimar bagh branch with some queries related to passport appointment. His behaviour was very rude and ignorant. He is very inhuman towards others. He does not know how to handle queries and is just coming to pass his time and to get monthly salary. He has no right to insult someone like this. Please take some action and do the needful....

I have applied for my son's passport and today was his verification date. He is a minor and according to ur site details it is clearly written that for minors both or either parents passport is required and the one person verifying those documents told me to bring passport of both parent even though i showed him the clause on ur site. He was not ready to understand.

After that I have paid all amount against to apply my online passport which is amount Rs. 1512.75/- and may payment was reduced from my PNB bank account in new Delhi.
