My amozon amount is not credit by PNB bank ...Duration of period credit amount is end many days...

Since few months I had lost my wallet.
So I blocked the card. After blocked debit card. Bank has to issue new debit card for account number:[protected].
But not issued since 1 month.
I called customer care of pnb. They were saying still under processing from 1 month.
There were very misusing customer card. Since 1 month not issued card. Since I need to beg every time to get my ATM card from bank. Very worst...

I have ordered rizoro men, s genuine leather browm wallet black belt on 2 april 2021 cost ₹599. it was recieved on 6 april 2021.I have return the product 15 april. Amazon initiated the refund on 15 april and it was expected to come on 19 april 2021.

I have ordered two items from nykaa but unfortunately due to some reason my products was returned And refund was initiated on 21st of April and according to their terms and conditions I was supposed to get my money within 3 to 5 working days but I have not yet received till today . There has been delay in payment of the monthly pension since March 2021, as I am facing fanancial difficulties to maintain my family. Since UBI has merged with PNB no improvement has been seen...though PNB is so famous but its working is pathetic. I have been running to the College Street branch, Kolkata of PNB since 2 months for new pass books which I need really urgent but they say we have no updates when will new pass books come. They said after 31st March ex UBI pass books ets will not work so they should be prepared with new PNB pass books worthless services....
