With due respect I would like to fetch your attention towards the irregular bus service in my locality in morning time. The areas facing this problem are Village Bhol Kalota, Amroh, Bringli, Ramgarh, Bhavnaur and many others that come in the same route to Talwara, in district Hoshiarpur . The first bus HRTC comes at 6: 30 am at Bhol Kalota and next bus KHALSA comes at 7:40 am. There is a huge gap of 1 hr 10 minutes between the 2 bus timings....

Today I am travel on jalandhar to Tangra(amritsar) on punjab roadways/punbus nawansahar depot
And conductor was cut the tickets and I am saying Tangra then he is very shout at me and rude behaviour that I m not stop on Tangra I am daily travel jalandhar to Tangra every bus was stop on evening time there was very few private buses on evening time after a huge humble request he is cut the ticket (jalandhar to Tangra)...

Confirmed booking staff not bothered and leave children at bus stand, customer care -ve response, waited 2 hrs, buy fresh ticket to reach destination Educate bus staff to inform missing passengers before bus starts...

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the rude behavior exhibited by bus Conductor(PB 12M 9938). I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention in order to maintain a respectful and conducive work environment for all employees.

I am a resident of Himachal Pradesh, District Bilaspur. This morning we were traveling in a bus from Kurali to Punjab Roadways Depot Rupnagar in Chandigarh.

The behavior of punjab roadways against women are very pathetic. A roadways bus came and we walked to the conductor but conductor said go to another window and When we went to another window ..the conductor blow his whistle ..and bus driver drove away with the bus...punbus or punjab roadways is for public and if public is not happy then what is the role of punbus...please keep it in mind that free bus ticket is right of punjabi girls and...

I asked for ticket from conductor but he denied on the basis that ypu are married and your adhar is showing daughter of instead of wife of...

Conductor has drunk on duty and took me away from bus in half way... y taking the ticket...

Punjab roadways/Punbus buses do not stop at designated Bus stops, especially at 6 phase Mohali instead they force the passengers to disembark from buses at Verka chowk which is far away from Bus stop of 6Phase Mohali...

I am a worker and I have to read at my workplace on time so I have to take bus around 7:45.
It's the timing for Punjab Roadways which is regular but always too crowded for passengers from my bus stop to get in and the bus that comes after that is PRTC which comes somewhat around 8 o'clock which is miss every other day which adds upto the problem.
There are many workers and students as well who eagerly waits for the bus to arrive...

I travel by bus number 3755 everyday from Amritsar to batala.. The driver of the same bus drives so rashly.. Today morning at 8.05, due to the negligence of the driver and the conductor, I fell down on the byepass while sitting on my seat. Since the bus was at a great speed, the driver just took a wrong right turn and the front sliding door opened unfortunately and I fell down from my seat right on the busy road. Hi, My name is Priya Prashar. I am a resident of Hoshiarpur. Today dated 21st April, 2023 when I was entering the bus to go for Garshankar the conductor denied me that you cannot enter the bus. Although I regularly travel in that bus. That conductor always behaves inappropriately and rude and harras me. Every time he questions me. The conductor is turban man. Bus No is PB07 CA 3064 .
