I booked 2 tickets for Jawan. just 15 min ago. my payment was done but the ticket was not confirmed. Please give me my refund....

Watching the nun in Singapore mall lucknow, the print is extremely shady in dark, complete hazyness of red. Blacks not clear. 4-5 people complained but the manager was like sir ye interior ki reflection se ho rha hai koi aur complaint nahi kar raha and arguing inside the movie hall and causing a nuisance for. PVR hope we are paying for the movie instead of the 30 mins add before the show. The show time was 4.05 Pm and it’s 4.35 Pm the show hasn’t started.
Wasted my 30 mins. Time is precious for me everyone. How do you justify this?...

I have booked Ticket, done payment. But Ticket is not confirmed. I didn't recieve ticket in mail or whatsapp . the ticket is not shown in my bookings. I need confirmation or please give me refund....

I booked my ticket of 4 people for the movie JAWAN of the date 8th September 2023 for the show of 7:20p.m . I paid the money online and the money got deducted from my account but i haven't received any messages or mails regarding the tickets. I want my tickets confirmed or if not, then please refund my money ASAP...

Please note that A rated movie trailors are being shown to viewers who are going for UA movies at PVR elante Mall Chandigarh.

A case in point was when we went as a family for viewing Wes Anderson movie Asteroid City and the trailer of A rated horror movie -the exorcist was carelessly shown with highly disturbing images while there were children in the theatre . This is highly irresponsible....

Today I went with my family to book 3 tickets to movie Gadar 2 for 10.30pm show. I was there at the ticket counter at 6.30pm to purchase the ticket. Since the H row was empty when I saw it physical there at the counter, i asked for H9, H10, H11 seat. They dined me the ticket and asked me to take tickets at the front rows near the screen. Paying my hard-earned money why is that I should sit at places where the counter boy...

Didn't receive any privilege points for past 3 to 4 booking and food around Rs 3000 can check it up with my mobile number also [protected]...

the regular check on sound quality is necessary, else damaging the ears,

Quality check is necessary often, which is lacking, may be increase in business, but sustainability is important.

Hi yesterday 21.8.23 I have booked show in pvr Palazzo forum Mall 3.50pm show for jailer.. Interval time we bought popcorn, coca cola n roll... We had .. next day morning myself and my husband both got ulergy inside mouth... Inside lip and mouth everything become reddish... We came to know food ulergy which we had in Palazzo... After that we didn't eat anywhere... Kindly take action......

On the 1st August, 2023, We went to watch the Movie "Lets Get Married" at the Koramangala Nexus Mall PVR cinemas Bengaluru 6.35PM Show. We bought two tickets at the box office counter. We were asked to pay using UPI as their card machine was not working. When attempting to pay using Banks's UPI (Bank of India) the transaction was successful from our end, but the box office counter person said that they did not receive it and we were informed...

I have gone to watch the Gadar 2 movie at PVR icon in The Phonenix Palladium mall of lower parel Mumbai on 21st of August at show time 11.30 and selected the classic seats of price around 120 rupees and then after the show finished they caught me without any reason and started threatening me that i have watch the movie without proper tickets so now I have to.pay rupees 350 of the next show of the movie i am underage boy they started abusing...

This is regarding the captioned transaction, whereby I revert to inform you that I had paid an amount of Rs. 883.28 on 19.08.2023 made by the name of Heena Banga for buying the 3 ticket for the movie show gadar 2 at PVR cinemas naraina, New Delhi, for 4:10 show.

Payment has been made by google pay UPI I’d heenabanga.[protected]@okhdfcbank and was duly deducted from the account but unfortunately the ticket has not been generated...

Movie tickets not booked even after making the payment. The payment made for 4 tickets of movie Gadar 2 at PVR Vegas Mall for 1155 hrs/[protected] show but the booking not done and did not receive the tickets for same on my e-mail ID....

Ticket amount debited but ticket details has not come.

I'm writing my concern to inform that we have booked 2 tickets on August 6th in PVR cinemas APP after my UPI payment there are no tickets showing in PVR cinemas, called the customer care and they were not answering the call from 6pm to 10pm

when finally i was able to able to reach customer care, previously they informed that the money will be refunded within 7 to 8 days, it's been 11 days now and there is no refund initiated...
