PVR cinemas not able to afford ACs electricity bills that's the reason while watching shows their ACs are switched off evetime. Each time we need to reminder them leaving movies to check ACs. This time too i asked the is it on they said yes, after 30 min I told them ACs is off they says some technical issue is going on. Why the Hell you are charging Rs. 250/- for a movie. If they can't afford Phoneix mall rent they can move out from there...

They had put offer on board of Rs 849 for one large popcorn one large Pepsi one plate nacho, one chocolate cake slice and burger, when went to counter that they cannot give us and then asked why board is displayed when asked immediately they removed it and then the manager came and was rude to us (we were 3 ladies) he does not know how to speak to customers...

I booked tickets from PVR app on 28th July 2023, 12.59Pm. My money got deducted but no tickets where booked...

Amount got debited from my account but tickets not booked.
Kindly refund the amount asap in order to book with other tickets....

Technical Error I booked Tickets for four in PVR Aerohub for today but technical error happened later it got refreshed n booking was successful... But after we reaching theatre they said the tickets was of yesterday ... My family was totally disappointed we came back n watched the movie in Forum Mall chennai... I need a refund... I did a transaction of 486.64 at 11:04 am on July 29 2023 to PVR CINEMAS where my amount got taken but the ticket wasn’t booked. The ticket was for 30th July. I’ve attached the respective screenshots...

I paid for 2 tickets for a movie at PVR cinemas at VR mall Chennai, and paid Rs.473.40 via Google Pay, and the amount is debited from my account and received by PVR Cinemas. I have bought Regular popcorn on PVR Pondicherry on Saturday around 4.30 pm, I have paid through axis bank scan app for 120 rs and 100 rs coupon, My transaction is successfull but receiver side money not received again I have paid through one of the Salesperson Gpay scanner. I went yesterday evening 22nd July 2023 for watching Oppenheimer with my family to PVR Acropolis Ahmedabad.

During interval we ordered a medium cheese popcorn tub. We tasted it and found it very salty. We went to get the popcorn exchanged. When we told him about changing our popcorn he immediately agreed but he threw our large tub to the unused salty popcorn into the Dustin. Seeing this we felt very bad of soo much food going...

I Booked barbie 2023 at PVR official App.The theater I booked is ampa nelson Manickam road.while payment the payment I got a call so I answered it after 5 minutes I completed the payment and the money was debited when the gpay page redirected me to the PVR app there I saw count down and it automatically cancelled the page and redirected into the home page .I have no tickets and my money has been debited....

A payment of 880 rupees was initiated for 4* french fries @ 220 each which was completed immediately and the amount was debited from my account. However the staff stated it as a bad transaction and asked to repay.please help me get the refund i am submitting the proofs below....

I booked 3 tickets for a movie on 21st July, Friday but I have not received confirmation of the tickets in my sms as the app says. However I do have proof as I have received an invoice in my mail, confirming that I have bought those exact tickets.
Pls resolve ASAP...
