I am amit kumar. I had one mobile no [protected]. It had a due bill of rs 1878. I got a call from mobile no [protected] on 8 march, 2016 to make the due bill payment. I wanted to terminate that no as i had many one i was using that no as alternate. I negotiate and got waiver of rs 778. They told to make payment of rs 1100/- full & final. I got e mail from tham (Krishna services) on 9 march 2016. (Mail screenshot enclosed) It is mentioned there "this is full & final payment", "after make this paymentno further billing" But after this one bill of rs 560 (Approx.) made over mobile no [protected]. I got this bill information by customer care, when my main mobile no [protected] discontinue because of due payment of my linked mobile no [protected]. I made call to customer care They told me to visit reliance store with termination letter or noc they will start your services. I went to reliance store (Sri balaji communication, dbg road, karol bagh, new delhi-110005) They told this is not a valid document as any one can make "myreliancemail.com". I got the termination letter email from krishna. [protected]@myreliancemail.com Reliance store executive told this mail is not from rcom link I informed reliance store executive that there is a cc link "sharad. [protected]@relianceada.com. Is this not a reliance communication official link"relianceada.com" After that i made a tweet on reliance communication official tweet account I got a call from [protected] related to that tweet. (On 16 june 2016) The reliance officer told me there is a due of rs 9 over my mobile no [protected]. Make the payment the service will be start again. I asked the officer thrice about the surety of this reason. She confirmed me that the service will start after the payment over [protected]. I made the payment of rs 50 on 17 june 2016. But still waiting for incoming & outgoing. Sir i got a confirmation mail from reliance collection agency"krishna services" they confirmed on mail about no further billing. But due to that reason i got my main business no [protected] terminated. Unfortunately both are the numbers in reliance network. Suppose if my main no [protected] would be on vodafone or airtel network, could rcom have guts to terminate my number. I am much frustrate by rcom.In future i will not take any reliance mobile or will not suggest anyone to take this network. Now suggest what should i do? Was this information helpful? | |||||
