Reliance Communications — mobile service stopped without intimation

Dear sir,

This is with reference to the subject mentioned above.

Kindly note that we are regular customer of reliance from past 12 years, with the below mentioned numbers at/post: belgaum state karnataka.

We were billed under the name of s. C. Enterpises and we have cleared the bills regularly to your dealer sachi enterprises belgaum. But suddenly your company has stopped giving services and all your dealer outlets have got closed. All the above mentioned numbers were transferred to various networks by port except [protected].

I mr. Tanveer jahagirdar is using this number and had requested to port with airtel in sept 2017. But the request was rejected due to outstanding with the donor operator. Though we had not used services of reliance but still we had cleared the outstanding in oct 2017 via cheque no.000018 amounting to rs.800 on 24/10/2017 of andhra bank. All the numbers were ported to airtel and we are paying the bill to airtel from november. But still only my number [protected] was not released by reliance.

In november i tried porting my number to idea again idea cellular ltd told that this number has an outstanding balance. Though i had not used services of reliance but still i cleared the outstanding in nov 2017 via pay tm amounting to rs.850 on 28/11/2017. Refer receipt no. Pmt[protected].

Still my number is not released by reliance for porting. I request you to kindly give me the reasons for this as my incoming/outgoing/sms services are suspended without any intimation from past 2 months. I have been clearing the bills without any usage.

I request you to please release my number and also provide me with the statement of accounts.

Lastly note that if my issues are not cleared in time i will be initiating legal action against the company.
