Reliance Communications — Network issue | |||||
Dear team, Reliance number : [protected] Relationship number:[protected] I have been using the reliance post paid scheme for last 3 month. I am facing too many issues while using this network. I am settled in chennai city, outside of my house i am having full signal tower, but if i enter in my house – signal is fully gone. Calls are automatically cut while speaking. Paying rs700 per month is really too much for me, even though i am paying the amount fully but due to signal issue my business is totally running in loss. Many calls i can’t able to attn & able to call. Since i was an handicap person i can’t attn the call outside of my house all the time. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Note: still now i have been used 4 network, airtel, vodafone & aircel all the three good signal and there will not be much more signal fluctuation. Almost 10 days completed there is no solution from your side & I haven't receive any call regarding the solutions.
Because of your network i am loosing my total business. Kindly rectifiy the issue ASAP.
Please find my below link which was complaint in Consumer Complaint website. I will wait for two more day still the problem was not rectified, will move on to Consumer court to file the case.

Please do advise on the attached my mobile bill for last month, do i need to pay the amount? since I couldn't able to use the network properly but the bill coming regularly on the monthly basis.
