[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — No improvement in network from past 6 months

From past 10months, after introduction of 3G in West Bengal, 2G network is been absolute. And due this Muradi village far 20Km away from Asansol, West bengal, pin code :- 723156, network is been deteriorated. On regular communication with reliance customer care through emails, there is no improvement.

If you zoom the google map, then you can see Baranti Reservoirs, places around this reservoir approx 2km radius, network issue is too much

I am planning of taking 10400/- annual plan where i get unlimited call local and std (in home and as well as in roaming) along with unlimited 3G internet, but looking at the network issue at that place, it is difficult to invest such huge amount in annual basis.

I am not asking for true 3G network in that place, but atleast provide 2G network with coordination with other network such as vodafone or aircel.
