Reliance India — Legal notice for bill after closing the connection

I was using a reliance data card 3.1mbps for around 3 years and closed the connection last September after dissatisfied with their service. The problem I faced was I had taken a 1GB plan initially and wanted to change to 2GB on August 2013. I requested the customer care to change the plan but they said same tariff is applicable for both the plans. I was shocked when I received the bill for august month and raised a complaint but nobody listened. Infact, they are not even polite. This is the way Reliance treat their customer who is relationship for around 2 years. I eventually requested to close the connection. They closed on first week of September but they billed till mid of September. While I taken the connection, I paid Rs. 1200 along with data card charges (Rs.1000) as security deposit. As per my calculation, I should only Rs.350. So, if I deduct that in security deposit Rs. 1200, they should refund Rs.850 to me. I keep requesting them to resolve the issue and refund the remaining amount. Meanwhile, I got a legal notice to pay the balance on November 18. I want to take this issue to consumer court.
