Reliance Infrastructure — Wrong deduction of toll though exempted from toll

Sir,
I am residing in Pune, Maharashtra. That people from Pune with MH-12 registration of vehicles are exempted from toll at Khed Shivapur toll plaza on Satara Road.
My vehicle no.is MH-12-SE-1816. and I possess Airtel Fast Tag. That though we are exempted and though are aware to all toll booth opearators they are intentionally deduction toll amount from our fast tag vallet. My vallet was deducted on 26.12.2021 and again on 27.02.2022 at khed shivapur and total Rs.200 was deducted wrongly /intentionally.
The toll booth operator and maliciously extorting money from common people intentionally and committing offences under IPC.
I therefore request to kindly reverse the wrongly deducted amount and also infor the concern person from carrying such illegal activities in future else will be compelled to take suitable legal action as deem necessary.
