My Self Bipin Harshi Dedhia. I am residing in Sion,Mumbai. I am holding 151 Shares of Reliance Infrastructure Ltd in Physical form. I am also getting dividend on 151 Shares of Reliance Infrastructure Ltd whenever declared. Folio No. is BS186971. I want to Demat the same.

The details on Physical Shares are as follows.

We have not got the sticker and hence we are not able to convert the same in Demat form.

1.12.5% Fully Convertible Debenture of Rs.125 Each (10 Debenture = 50 Shares) Date 31-June-1991
2.15% Fully Convertible Debenture each of Rs.60 (50 Debenture = 50 Shares) Date 16-Feb -1994
3.15% Fully Convertible Debenture each of Rs.60 (50 Debenture = 1 Share) (Received in Right Issue) Date 16-Feb-1994

Please advice us how should we proceed for the same.
