Reliance Infrastructure — toll charged through fastag

I travelled by my vehicle no. Mh12 gk 1648 via nh48 through khed shivapur toll plaza. While going from pune to satara, i was not charged toll at this plaza as mh12 vehicles are exempt. But, while coming back from satara, on 15 march 2020 at 20.45 hrs., i was charged rs.95/- as toll though i went through local exempt lane.

The company has not put off fastag sensor in exempt lane.
