We have a restaurant named highmark hospitality, recently we gave an order to reliance market ltd (Shahibaug, ahmedabad), i'm facing such issues after receiving the stock, they gave me the bill which does not added my companies gst number and the other deatails like pan number etc. Etc. It is really a very bad experience for me at reliance market, vannarpettai, tirunelveli.. I gave purched rs3200/my account also debitted. But the goods were refused to hand over to me reasoning the reliance company did not receive the amount.. Reliance company, being a corporate. Did not receive the amount, but i am a poor man strpped of my rs.3200/in my account.. That is why in tamil nadu there is lot of ill feelings against corporates.br...

On 13th August 2017 shopping done in Reliance Mart Aashima mall and payment made first with debit card, amount was deducted from my account but bill not came out. Then I have to pay cash. The complaint was registered for the same of double payment. Reliance executive assured that will received the amount back.
After few days of follow-up he told that will not get back amount and have to coordinate to bank.

Today i had shopped from reliance market mall salem. By the exit way i was summoned by the security and asked me to handover my personal bag to him to conduct search inside it. On 6/8/2017 i had purchased a daily need products from reliance market aashima mall bhopal. My total bill in the system shows 2553 and counter boy swiped a amount of 3200 in the machine and in the bill also printed 3200. But when he closed the bill account for next customer at that time on computer screen its shows 2553 at that time i caught him and he apologised for the same and he accepted that he had done...

Worst service provided by reliance mall manager, kalwa, mumbai. He stopped us of purchasing things in express line because we are having 11 items to be billed today 30/07/2017...8:27 pm... Worst place i had visited in my life time. There are no display products in large home appliances. When asked the showroom person, he asked for the model number which is a senseless question. We wanted to buy led tv, washing machine and a refridgerator. A person intending to buy a fridge or a washing machine will only have specification in mind and not the model number. Next we bought few household items in which offers were displayed but...

I want to told about billing timing in reliance market.
I went to buy some food products from reliance market at barnala bipass road, bathinda on 04/06/2017 and after selection of products when i came for billing of the selected products, it takes more than 45 mins to pay bill which takes hardly 2 mins if these were purchased from normal retail market. So this is very bad experience in reliance market for mismanagement.

Ur sales person said it is last peice i asked any defects he said no but after taking emi i noticed dents in it they committed for 18819/ they took 6626 from me. when i asked for bill they said we will send tomorrow when i asked next day they said some pending is there . pls solve problem as early as possible. or else can i approach forum. they are not responding properly....

Yeaterday at reliance mega mart kalwa branch a staff named weight checking counter Akshay as the staff mentioned his name in kalwa thane branch was very rude with his behavior evn after his mistake which he billed wrong was actually loss for the company itself
instead of appologising for his mistake he was saying ho gaya to kya karneka complaint karige jao mera naam bolo mera as if he is a goonda and protected by the staff itself...

Today i waited long at express counter of reliance mart at 150 ft. Ringroad rajkot. Gujarat for single article billing but cashier denied to bill becoz i hd not carried my reliance cardat the time. When i presented this issue at floormanager he also forced me to get new reliance card. Sir, i'm worked as cashier in reliance smart-bhimavaram and i leave the job in april-9 and i don't get the salary for 9 days. This kind activities is losing trust of reliance.
We trust reliance is a grate company and sum people was spoiled the company name.
