On 07 aug 2016 i had purchased some items from reliance mart, phoenix market city, kurla. At the time of payment the lady on the counter swiped my card and i even typed my pin number. The swiping machine did not respond. The lady then took my card on another machine and it went through. When i saw my bank statement on 24 aug 2016, i learnt that reliance mart got double payment. There is no foil in the pack. There is a newspaper inside the pack. What do u think who the costumer is??? Costumer comes to ur market for purchse and what he gets... Manipulation is this your service i have bill of this product nd ihave membership also so i want it to be sorted right now i want my product to be replaced at my home or iwill coplain it in consumer court so be prepared......

I am a regular customer of reliance market(Rajkot). i face allot of trouble while billing the products. bar code reader machines are never working and its very time consuming to manually enter the bar code of all the products and staff is also less for billing. there is no sufficient staff to do the billing. we are suppose to wait for half an hour....

I purchased electrolux 1 5 ton ac from reliance wholesale mart from ajmer on 18.6.2016, which was jnstalled on 21 june 2016 on 4 july when i returned from a vacation the ac was not cooling. i immediately contacted company and they said reliance mart did not get it installed by our service centre, so it comez un their jurisdiction.

We purchased the dry fruits from Reliance Mart from Himalaya Mall in Bhavnagar, to our surprise we found the cashew nuts in powdered form, the arrangement in the airtight packet was made as such to keep the good looking cashew nuts at the top and stuff the below level with the broken and powdered cashew nuts. This brings a serious discontent to the customers....

In reliance chittoor we have purchased ac, but they ave delivered the wrong product, not as per out requirement we choosed.

I bought 1.5 ton AC Panasonic which got delivered at 5 PM. For fitting of AC I'm not able to contact the concerned person. The no. Is busy for an hour and then it's switched off. My EAN no. Is[protected].
I was calling the given mobile from nearly 3 hrs. Theres no response. This is very weird and reliance people have said by Monday they will fit at any cost as I paid the bill in Thursday itself.

Hi, I have visited Reliance Mart aundh Pune & shopped for Rs. 2084 on 13-dec-15. When verfied bill at counter came to know many decrepancy as below: 1.
