Team, I had placed an order for milk delivery to my residence ( Mumbai ) on 24x7fresh.in. Dated 26th Dec 2015. it was suppose to begin from 16 Jan 2016. I got a message due to some issues it will start on 1st Feb later got to know they will not be launching in Mumbai and will refunding the money to our accounts. I haven't received my refund, tried calling customer care but keep get a message " representative are busy and we will get back " which is not the case. Even sent email .. no response. Placed an order for Ratnagiri Alphonso Mango
Placed an order for 12 pieces Ratnagiri Alphonso Mangoes after seeing their advertisement in the Facebook. Payment was made through ICICI Bank credit card for Rs.899/- on 16/05/2016 with a promised delivery within 48 hours. I have neither received any acknowledgement from the vendor nor the delivery has taken place. I feel cheated.
