I have order through online website. its is voltas split air condition. but they delivered only one part which is inner part of ac. outer part is missing. its one of the blunder mistake which I have faced by any courier company. my way bill no. is 82123769. i refused to accept. I told him to delivered complete product. so resolve my issue immediately....

Way bill no : 42433759 Booked my bike from new delhi to kannur on 09/06/2015 via safexpress on which they promised me the delivery within 5 days. Now the bike has reached here after 14 days on 22/06/2015 with 2 damages and they are not ready to give tbe claims for which they charged ₹.1500 as packing charges.
