I have placed two complaints already on this website. Regarding a bag that i purchased on 16th June 2022 and they sold me an old stock of 2019 and now th bag is tearing off without using it much.
I AM UPSET WITH SAMSONITE AND THIS PLATFORM AS NEITHER OF THEM IS CONCERNED ABOUT THE CONSUMERS.
SAMSONITE DOESNT HAVE A FUNCTIONAL CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER AND THAT CLEARLY SHOWS HOW MUCH OF RESPONSIBILITY THEY HOLD TOWARDS THEIR ACTIONS.
I WANT THIS ISSUE TO BE RAISED FURTHER AS CLEARLY CONSUMERCOMPLAINT. IN HASNT HELPED ME MUCH IN THE ISSUE.
