I have always getting problem in its chain nd leather straps nd d belt dey hav gone worst in d condition. I have reported many a times dis problem to samsonite store loacted in hazratganj near halwasia house. Den also nonone has come to a notice to solve dis problm nd grtting it solved. I request u to solve dis problm as early as possible wid kinda request.
