THE BACK MATERIAL HAS STARTED GET DISTRESS WITH FEW USE AND NOW TORN. I AM AN INTERNATIONAL TRAVELER WITH NORMAL 2-3 TRIP USAGE/YEAR AND LOADING THE BAG IN CABIN STORAGE ONLY HAS MADE MARKINGS AND HAVE MADE THE MATERIAL WEAK WHERE THE TROLLEY FRAME AND MATERIAL TOUCHES. WHEELS ARE SHAKY AND DIFFICULT TO PULL. I HAVE TAKEN THIS BAG TO KOLKATA SERVICE CENTER IN 2020 MARCH (JUST BEFOR LOCKDOWN) AND THEY HAD TURNED ME DOWN STATING THIS IS NOT COVERED AS I HAVE MISHANDLED THE PRODUCT. I HAVE NOT MISUSED THE PRODUCT AND THIS KIND ASSUMPTION IS NOT CORRECT. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED OUT OF SAMSONITE PREMIUM CABIN BAG THAT COUPLE O[censored]SE THIS ISSUE WILL COME. I AM VISITING INDIA AFTER 2 YRS AND AM IN VIZAG NOW. HERE THE SERVICE CENTER IN DWARKA NAGAR ASKED TO WRITE IN THE WEBSITE AS THEY CAN’T HELP. I AM FEELING SO STUCK SPENDING INR13000 ON THIS CASE WITH NO WAY TO CONTACT THE SAMSON PERSONNEL. I GOOGLES AND FOUND A TOLLFREE NO WHERE THE CALL DIDN’T GET CONNECTED.
THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND NOT EXPECTED FROM SAMSONITE. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE REPAIR IMMEDIATELY AND ADVISE WHERE TO DROP THE CASE. Have received email from customer service saying this is normal wear and treat so they can’t help. After paying 13k for a small suitcase I feel cheated that on use of 5-6 times the material cloth is coming off and it is such a big design fault and now samsonite is not ready to help
