Hi team, I would like to share my concern about samsonite travel trolly that we have. We have a model x'ion 2 and we bought this on 2011. It has 10 years warranty so it is still under warranty period. The trolly is in perfect shape and condition but we are facing some different problem to deal with. We are shifting to usa for long term deputation and for that we need to carry lot of luggage with us but now the dimension allowed for international travel has changed and unfortunately my x'ion 2 does not fit with in that criteria. My trolly is way bigger than the allowed limit. So we have a very costly luggage at our home which we can't carry or can't even throw away. Please suggest if anything can be done at this point to help me. Is it possible that you can change this trolly with a trolly that fits in the criteria. May be you can consider some depreciation amount for the same. I will share warranty card image and image of my trolly if you need.
