I have purchased 78cm trolley bag from Singapore and having International warranty.
One wheel and both handle stitching was damaged so I have visited to Pune (Aundh)-INDIA Service center submitted the bag and warranty card.
After 20 days they told me that your bag is not repairable and we are providing the replacement against this bag.
I have visited the service center for collect the new bag then they have asked the bill copy, I have provided the bill too.
They told me that you have purchased this bag for 80$ Singapore and India price in that time is come to the Rs. 3760/- and they are providing the backpack bag of this amount and not the trolley bag.
Because in this price they don't have the trolley bag.
I have called Singapore customer care and then inform me that as per the policy they will provide the same size bag or 1 size big bag and not the small bag. If customer requested only then they will provide the small size bag.
I need same size bag against replacement, I am surprise why they are not providing the same size bag, it should be peace to peace replacement.
If American Tourist providing this type of service then no body can going to buy the bags from overseas and also even from INDIA. Was this information helpful? |
