I had ordered a product last month for inr 6000 (Order id[protected]. After delaying it for so many days i have not still received the order and on top of it customer care is saying the order has been delivered.

Return my money immediately. I will any amount necessary to social media influencers to spread the message and ensure no one falls in this trap again....

Purchased online product and paid online. They claimed to deliver the product latest by 2nd oct but not delivered yet. On contacting they are falsely claiming to have delivered the product. They did not provide any additional courier partner name and tracking number is not valid. It is a beauty cosmetic product and i paid 532inr for it on 19th september 2017....

I have purchased stonxp3 high speed 10400 mah power bank from shopclues. As i delivered the power bank, i have charged it for 12 hrs and later tried to charge my mobil. It was not working. It was faulty piece. Later i contacted the shopclues customer care for replacement. They are suggesting me to contact nearest service center for repair.
