Spice Hotspot — complaint regarding pre - booking of samsung note 9 recently launched

I have done booking of Samsung Note 9 on 20th August 2018 from Spice hotspot Sales & Solutions Pvt Ltd
Shop No G2, Plot-1 Block A, Community Centre complex, Paschim Vihar, Delhi
Samsung Agent - Mr Amit
I have submitted Rs 2000/- as Advance amount and now as on 31st August 2018 they are telling me that my pre booking was not done due to samsung's internet sever and now i will not get my phone. I am hereby attaching a photo of advance receipt they provided me. I hope to see some quick actions against them.
