Today i got a message stating on your request signature has been changed if not requested contact your home branch, however i haven't requested for signature changing. Without my permission how they can change signature and what is the reason behind getting this message. Please clear the reason. Is my account secure??...

I have taken personnel loan from hdfc bank and same emi always reflect on 7th of every month.
The sbi shivaji nagar, nashik returning the emi's frequently from dec2018 onwards 2-3 times even after sufficient balance in account my a month and clear after 21th every month.
Due to bouncing of emi's my cbil score dropped 835 to 780 in this period.
I request you that please look in to the matter and solve the problems because...

I got a sms from sescisms that, "your a/c xxxxx558492 has a debit by transfer of rs 12.00 on 22/06/19.' but i didn't do any transaction. I have sbi card fbb no. [protected]. Card had the option to pay 500 yearly and redeem vochers of the same. Till now i havent buy anything and they charged me 790. And again showing outstanding of more than 1000. Is this some kind of joke. I want to complain against sbi services. Give back my amount or i will go consumer forum. On 9th June-2019 my account was looted and Rs.29, 000/- was transferred to Spice Digital Ltd. without my consent. Next day (on 10th June) i wrote an application to the bank manager, requesting him to help me get back my looted money. The bank manager shamelessly refused to do anything about it.

1. I wanted to upgrade the existing SBI Gold Credit Card and applied way back in Sept 2017. I am sure the SBI card must be having all the records of my application.
2. I was told by SBI Card that defence gold card can not be upgraded and application was rejected.
