Dear sir / madam,
I r. Anand kumar, regarding for last year replacing the new classic debit card has providing for sbi bank..

That time they not debited for extra card charges in my a/c and they not give for any intimation thru sms (Or) other communication... But why this month (Dated 19-mar-2019) debited for debit card charges inr-147.50 in my account.

I have returned 5 of the items which I returned from myntra. But I didn't get any refund. A refund of 1999 rupees was successfully proceed on 1Mar. 2019 to my account.This amount should not be credit to my SBI account till now.

I have only one atm card. But sbi deducted 2 amc charges for atm card. When checked online, then came to know that they have deducted 206/- for the card which im not holding.

When tried to call customer care, first thing it take more than 25 min to connect, and once it connects, the customer care executive disconnects the call before speaking to us.

One of the worst bank and worst customer service....

This is suresh s. K. Sbi credit cards holder, i wont be able to pay the outstanding amount of rs, 53214/- as i was hot aware about the interest rates & amp; all.

Why they are deducting rs 12 every month. They have deducted rs 12 thrice from my bank account from febraury, 2019 to march, 2019 and yesterday they have deducted rs 206.50 from my bank account. They are not even specifying the reason for money deduction while sending sms. I ordered an external hard drive from amazon by using my wife sbi debit card, but it is not delivered to me after amazon inquiry they returned my money back to the card. Hi team,
I have told that they have activated a new debit card (Chip card) on 13 feb 2019, but i received from the branch on 19th march 2019. But i see they have charged atm debit card maintenance charges for both the cards old card and the new card (Which is yet to be used by generating the pin).

As i am aware that the charges for debit/credit card are charged at the end of every year, so please let me know why have...

1) sbicredit card fees deducted from a/c without any information
2) min fee paid, even though full fee deducted
3) link fd without taking any consent
4) amount required from fd for payment of fees but due to link, not getting amount
5) card not used till the date
6) today complaints lodged but complaint no not given &no sms
7) not cooperated staff, it's harrasment, cheating. Proper action required....

I opened an account one month ago I received my ATM card after 10 days but i
transact it shows me ''cif not scrutinized by lcpc'' how will be the problem resolve and how can i send money. Also i added benificiary to send money to another sbi account and also wait for complete cooling period still am unable to send money to any one. So plz help me...
