I ordered lenovo a6000 mobile phone @ Rs. 5799/- from www.syberplace.com my oder id[protected] dt.24.02.2016. I make a full & final payment by my payumoney wallet. But Company not shipped the product till today. I do many phone calls or Email. But no response by syberplace. I complaint to pay u money but no result find yet. Syberplace not provide me refund or product please help us...

Company that has created a lot of discontent with online buyers. Fell prey to the low price offered on smart phones. Haven't got the delivery nor refund. (Order #[protected] placed on 2nd mar 2016)

One can visit their twitter handle @syberplace and see the tweets & replies tab to view the discontentment of customers.

Advise to all "stay away from syberplace"...

An order was placed with order #[protected] on 8th march 2016, and done the payment through online on 8th march 2016.
It gets confirmed on the same day and status shows processing,

We ordered two mobile phones (Iphone 5s - 16 GB) on feb 13th, 2016, my order number is[protected]. Upto till now their is no response and didn't deliver the product.

They promised you will receive the order within 7 days. With trust and attracting price placed order on 9th February. I am still awaiting for my delivery. I would like to tell you that syberplace are the biggest fraud, they collect money from customer and never deliver the item as i've ordered one headphone on 24th feb, 2016, i still didnt get my item as well as no response from customer care and sooner i am going to file official fir aggainst them,

I have ordered a mobile Lenvo A 7000, order no. Is[protected], to syberplace. Com and paid money RS 6999.00 on 03/03/2016. But I didn't receive d the mobile till 18/03/2016. Then I requested them to cancel my order and refund my money. Then they closed my order and showing in their website that money refunded but till now nothing refunded to me.
