I have booked a micro max doodle 4 on 06/03/2016 of rs. 6799.00 at syber place website, the amount already been debited from my a/c, but order no. can not generated sbsequently and also i have not received any confirmation mail even sms for the above transaction. after that i try to contact through help desk no.(i.e [protected], [protected]/57), but no one received my phone call given by the website. here i attached snapshot of transaction...

I have ordered Iphone 6 64GB on[protected] from the Syberplce.com, I paid by payUmoney.com and canceled it on[protected] after I realized the product I wanted to buy iphone6s. They told me that they cancelled the order and money will be refunded within 8 working days but till date. I received an email on 4th March in that they send me details of cancelled order. I contacted with payumoney help care and they also said we will resolve issue...

This sellers are frod and not to order any things at this syberplace because I order the mobile on 16th march 2016 my order no[protected] but still not delivered they promised to deliver if within 7-13days but no response for anything either you call or mail they are frod company hear after if anyone orders online first check the comments and then order there is not cancelling option if people want to cancel how it will cancel I will not order...

I placed an order for IPhone on 12th February 2016 My Order value is Rs 53, 499. However the product still not shipped and now they are not responding to calls or messages. I need to have my money refunded, I do not want to take risk of their service. The last response form them is due to logistic problem they are unable to ship the product.
