I have ordered for a samsung galaxy j2 mobile set through online shopping on 21/04/2016 and made the full payment of rs.6983/- on the same day through neft transfer. But now it is almost 40 days, they have neither delivered the product nor made the refund. When i ask for through email, they reply to the email saying different answers.

As I am doing continously followup from syberplace.com, they are saying that your refund request has been acknowledge, Request is under process and we will update the same, and it will take some business days, but from past 2 days I am not receiving any reply.

I have placed a order of apple 6s mobile phone on syberplace. Comon 19th feb. 2016, but my order is in processed state from last 3 months. I mailed them 7, 8 times but they are not revering. Order no.[protected] is of rs. 42999 but still today my money is not refunded. I have placed order on 19 feb 2016 but stil, l today that is on 25/06/2016 the order is not processed and i have mailed them 5 -6 times but no revert is done by them....

Hey guys, it has been 13 working days since i purchased Iphone 6s (Space grey). Despite continuous follow ups, all that is promised from the Company's end is "We are following up with the Manufacturers". This is not an ideal way to treat your customers. Either deliver the phone or refund the cash.
