I have made 3 transaction at big-bazar on 1st oct.2017 & 3rd oct 2017
But at the t24 counter in both places panvel and thane they have refused to update the freetalk-time. Of rs.30/= and rs.101/= respectively.
The transaction details have been updated on t24 customercare service portal.

Despite my repeated reminders on email to t24 customer service and future retail big bazaar from last more than 2 months following up they are neither replying nor anybody at big bazar counter at hub mall, goregaon east mumbai 400069 is replying during my personal visit.
