Such a worst response from the dealer Dion Automatives Bhubaneswar.Even after 95 days of booking and unlimited fake promises now they are asking me to wait for another month. you guys playing with the imotions of customers. #shameTATAmotors....

Dear Tata Team,
I Bought a brand new Tata Altroz XT after listening to my heart to buy a made in India Brand.
Right from purchase we had several issues with the car regarding front end, door to apron appearance. Anyways post delivery 1st service was informed to the service station on front end gap and flush issues not acknowledged.

Please help me do the right thing so that no other Indian consumer or any consumer...

I have purchased tata altroz diesel variant . It has the problem of checklight and engine oil enhancement since beginning.since last year they have changed injector, then pump, then engine, then silencor but not able to mend that. Vehicle has manufacturing defect i am requesting them to either replace my vehicle or else return my money.
Due to this my ill child is suffering also my wife is travelling without vehicle in rainfallbr...

Recently i have given my car for servicing and the concerned person called me and informed me that to replace some parts due to damage and i asked for the pricing for the same. Then he said it will be approx. 2000 to 3000 but after bill got generated with Rs-20000. When i asked why this mush of amount then they confirmed labor charges were 9000/- for complete work.
this is very high amount and they didn't inform...

Booked Nexon EV max on 20th May'22., but still not yet confirmed about the delivery date. Very poor response from sales team of Tata Motors.
