[Resolved]  Tata Photon — nothing, but problems

I had a connection from Tata Photon since 2009 in Delhi but as speed was slow I decided to take a broadband from another company and though of converting my connection to prepaid where I can pay as i use. I have relocated to Bangalore now.
Many times I called customer care and I got rude responses and also all executives were like trying to convince me to continue postpaid and noone gave me informtaion for Preapaid. I emailed them that I have to get it converted and 1 executive responded to me saying that I have to visit Delhi for that. It was really hilarious.
After sometime 1 executive suggested me intercircle Migration where the process would take 1 month time and I have to pay the pending bill and also the bill for that month. I agreed as i always wanted to use their services(although slow) It was told to me clearly that someone from staff will collect papers (adress proof ) from my residence and also verify the address.

But I got no call from them and my set stopped working. When I called to customer care and told them what had happened most of them rudly denied saying that it is working. I tried convining the technical helpdesk and they said its working from their side where I was geting red colour in my modem.

After few days I called and emailed like 20 times and they told me that someone had called me for collecting papers but I dint attend the phone.

I always call back the numbers and I am 100 percent sure there was no call from tata during those 30 days of intercircle Migration.

I again and again emailed them and called them. There was not a single email in my inbox till next 30 days and the customer care told me to visit one of the nearest branches for the documentation submission.

I was diverted to 2 branches and they did not accept my documents.

I called customer care and told them, they denied saying that and almost bumped over the phone. When the bill was pending after the last cycle they started sending 10 emails a day and 10 calls a day for submitting bill.

I spoke to customer care and said that since last 2 months am not using service at all.
One of the clever customer care said that you just switch on the modem. I dint do as i understood his clever intention

He wanted to proove that I am using service and not paying the bill.

When the service was disconnected no email was replied but when I escalated the matter the clever customer care I guess set the connection right and called me to test the service .

If I had done that they would have proved that i am still using the service.

He also said that he can settle the bills and send someone to collect the document and dat he will call up in next 10 mins. Its been like 1 month already but his 10 mins have still not come.

It clearly shows the mischief the customer care guy was doing to extract money.

After that day also some other customer care guys had called several times and my inbox got full of reminders for bill.

I have asked my money back through email and its TATA PHOTON WHO NEEDS TO RETURN ME MONEY AND NOT I as I dint get their service as they had terminated the service.

Its also to be noted that I was sent to 2 tata photon centers for adress proof submission where they diid not collect.

Its called "DIRECT GUNDAGIRI"

If today tata photon writes me giving legal notices I shall sue them properly.

Thanks that I did not continue these clever thiefs service that is just a way of fooling customers.

TATA PHOTON WONT LAST LONGER AS THEY DONT HAVE BROADBAND AND THEIR SERVICES ARE CHEAP AND THE GUYS WORKING THEIR ARE CUNNING AND THEIR POLICIES ARE MONEY EXTRACTING.

I HAVE FACED ISSUES WITH TATASKY ALSO WHERE THEY SAY SOMETHING AND DO SOMETHING.


TATA JEE, YOU DONT HAVE A LONG LIFE. I CAN PREDICT THAT.
