[Resolved]  Tata Photon Plus — Fraud product and Worst customer care and slow than dial up

This is my Photon Plus no. [protected] I called customer care for slow speed. They told me that because of high usage area your speed will be slow and can’t tell you when this is going to solve. Frequent disconnections and sometimes not able to open Google.com .Even the mobile broadband is fast than photon plus. Absolutely Tata broadband devices are worst and going to shift to other broadband service. I will never advice anyone to use Tata internet services .Totally a waste of money. Shame on Tata products.
