wrong charges deducted for natural calamities

Tata sky has deducted 300rs. From my account as relocation charges. But there is no relocation. Due to heavy storm in alwar rajasthan on 2 may 2018 the wire got detached from antenna, their service representative came and connected that wire after 7 days by continuous follow up. After that on 15 may they deducted 300rs from my account. For natural disaster why they are taking money from customer....

We have newly shifted to kochi and booked for an online connection through tata sky. The customer service rep called immediately and asked to pay the money online and we did. Rs 1300. We booked on saturday-12th may 18 and we kept on following up with customer care on when is the technician coming, the rep gave false promise that the agent will come on the sameday, but didnt turn up.

recharge amount sent through net banking on 8/5 not received by tatasky

I have sent Rs. 409/- through SBI Net banking on 8/5/2018 at 19:18 hrs. My account shows :-- Narration - to transfer INB Tatasky Tatasky Payments, Ref No. :-- NSBI[protected] IGADMIBPD6, Debit 409.00 . Tatasky intimated on 8/5/2018 that the amount has not been received. I called customer care before recharge and they said they if I have receive official communication then I would definitely receive the extra credit amount.

But the recharge they asked me to wait of 2 days after which the extra amount will be credited...

Did a recharge of 17000 and a platinum customer still did not expect this from them

Got a call from them regarding wifi dongle and told me if not satisfied you can return and did the same as the engineer installed it and after fee hours i called them and told them about my speed is not that enough to support. hd charges

I had opted for hd set top box upgrade @ rs 1890 giving one year free hd services offer. Out of this sum, rs 500 was adjusted for the set top box. The balance rs 1390 was to give free hd services for one year.
Yesterday, i recharged with rs 200 for one month dhamaka package @ 199.
Instead of validity upto 7th june, validity was adjusted to 28th may. Rs 95 was adjusted for hd service which is free for one year.

I have requested for technician visit because 2 days back heavy rainfall happen in my area. But even i have not received any call from tatasky regarding visit. I have called on customer care 4 to 5 times but they are advising me to watch your channels on my tatasky application in mobile but they are not arranging any visit from there side. The worst company i have ever seen. I will never recommend anyone to buy this connection....

complaining about pack change leading to higher charges

The monthly pack was of rs. 270 but all of a sudden i receive message that your monthly payment is due with rs.440.

Upon login to the account, i understand that the monthly pack is changed resulting in additional charges and i was totally unaware.

There are no messages sent to us when the recharge packs are changed. They send messages only when payment is due....
