very bad service. the customer is unsatisfied.

high price and senior executive without knowledge

I use to recharge with rs.650/- per month and now company is asking for recharge with 665/- where i wont be able to see sports channels like ten sports hd 1, 2, 3. For that they are asking for more 60/- extra, which i wont pay, after paying above amount this is not possible for me to pay more money for this damn. I received the message that the new account balance is rs. 6618/-. On 23rd may i received another message saying "supreme sports kids dropped. Current a/c bal: rs 1762.82. Due date: 30 oct-18. New monthly charges: rs. 330. Base pack renewal date: 22 may -19.
