Such a worst company i am dealing with really i have done reachage of rps 199
Later on it disconnects with in just 13days
I have make reacharge on 3rd aug and its off at 16aug
And later on got fake news that i have called the company regarding 3 days package on 12th aug
I will surely report against ur company at consumer court for this will sue u on this!...

Sir,, pathetic response from tata sky customers representative and sr stf mr wakar. Calling since 15 days for reinstallation of tata sky,, no one bother to provide technician on right time... And for replament of set up box and adapter.. Again no proper solution is their only false promises to send technician. No support from tata sky customers care nor tata sky local technician... #Tatasky horrible pathetic service no ways not at all I am stick with tata sky just coz paid yearly subscription called thrice in a month coz not getting signal as a prime customer they are not suppose to charge me but still they did rupees 1400, only a month having a new setup box and says that warranty void after a month thats wat they said, when asked for discontinuation of setup box and give the refund the executives denies to refund...

Myself Dr. Mahesh Doiphode, is availing Tata Sky service right from the beginning of Tata Sky launch. My Tata sky ID is – [protected] and writing as a complaint as I am unable to view Marathi Channels viz. 1203, 1210, 1214 since past 6 months.

During the past 6 months, this is the 4th time I am registering the same complaint. Apparently all the other channels are seen without any disturbance. For the past 3 times the service...

Tatasky is the worst. I am a stark new customer for only 1.5 months. And the harrassment i faced is unfathomable. This representative named gaurav yadav came to our house and sold the package. And ensured us that all channels will be there but in 199. I asked him more than twice and he said yes. So that we could buy tatasky which we did. I have complained since last 11th aug 2017 ..4 days to change the tatasky+ setup box every day i am calling to tata sky customer care they are telling it will sort out but till now 15th aug 2017 it is not sorted i have complained yesterday 5 times but they have not sorted today when I complain they told today is 15 th aug holiday no one will come since last few days I have complaint several times but my problem is not sorted all today what...

Today at 1.55 pm,. A phone call has been come from this no. I got a problem in my tata sky connection. I contacted to customer care. They registered my complaint. But i get my problem solved within a few minutes. Then i again contacted to customer care a and told them to cancel my complaint. A technician visited to my home after complaint cancel without contact me. And wrong charge deducted from my account without do anything....

When i asked your rep he same check many things even after me saying that 4 of my neighbors are also facing same issue.
After some conversation he disconnected the call without confirmation of complaint.
I don't think this attitude will help them...

Your executive will charge me 225 for home visit which is not fare as i am already using your products & services last 10 years.

This is for your kind information that sir, since 2.30 PM we are not able to view the TV programmes due to unavailable of the signal after short spell of rain.

Earlier two months back, similar things was happened but your services were not received in time except many sweets of words in my registered Mobile from some gentlemen and ladies. Even nobody visit the site to look after and short out the problems....

Last 3 days i am calling in TATA Sky customer care. but still, we do not get a solution and there is no one responsible person to solve. and there are putting my complaint canceled without resolving. and msg that do call again in customer care.there is too much and very very bad service of TATA - DTH...

I have made numerous complaints on phone with different reference nos: z069t2p & 1-[protected] with regard to wrong charges being levied on my account.

On 18th or 19th july i made a request for a new remote control as my old one stopped working. The new remote was delivered in couple of days at my residence to my servant. When i came home, i checked the remote and realized that the remote was full of scratches...

I the user of you company's tata sky is disappointed by your services given to the user. I have subscribed and paid for the hd channels for the whole year but i cannot even see a single channel of hd+1 from past 1 month this is very disappointing from your company. I have complainted for it and the engineer came once and couldnt detect the fault. We have paid for the channels for the whole year and cannot view it....
