wrong charge taken

Then i again contacted to customer care a and told them to cancel my complaint. A technician visited to my home after complaint cancel without contact me. services down & attitude problem of customer care rep

When i asked your rep he same check many things even after me saying that 4 of my neighbors are also facing same issue.
After some conversation he disconnected the call without confirmation of complaint.
I don't think this attitude will help them...

I the user of you company's tata sky is disappointed by your services given to the user. I have subscribed and paid for the hd channels for the whole year but i cannot even see a single channel of hd+1 from past 1 month this is very disappointing from your company. I have complainted for it and the engineer came once and couldnt detect the fault. We have paid for the channels for the whole year and cannot view it....
