I have being following from 31st aug 2017 to tata sky people to re install tata sky at my place, every day new executive from tata sky saying me from last 3 days that the engineer will visit to your place today, tomm., giving me time also
But still its 3rd july no one has visited yet.
Every day they are taking my request and saying next day your request is cancel. Why you tata sky people making fool to people. And troubling...

I wanted to have a new connection of tata sky and i tried several times through online portal. They used to call us and say that our main engineer will call you within 2 hrs but no call arrived, instead we have been provided with the message that your subscription has been canceled for no possible reason i can fathom.
Then later we tried several to buy new connection and now it's been 4 days with the same response.
After 4 days...

I had been a tata sky customer for 13+ years now. I had been staying in my previous house for around 9 years and after long stay raised a relocation request to a new place. I had been a tata sky+ hdpvr subscriber and hence a premium customer with no relocation charges. The story begins here...

The site to recover forgotten password keeps throwing "Technical Error, please try again" for over 7 days. Obviously the company has not tested or does not monitor errors on their site. Their helpline representatives don't care and are clueless and keeps asking me to "try again".

For every visit tata sky taking the charges of 225 rs. And Every time observed no major technical issues, we are paying 200 to 285 every month and also paying 200 rs visiting charges of operators.

Hi, my tatasky subscriber id is this, [protected], last month only taken connection, after one month they told us to recharge and asked us to give a call back to customer care to change monthly package. I did recharge on 27th and have called several times, no response from those people, finally after 4 days again i called, got a response and saying like your recharge amount got deducted from last month package, need to recharge again which...

Sir / madam, the guy you have hired as technician is lost... He needs money pls send him to somewhere else... Like brothel... Sorry to use that kind of word... But he deserve it... Extremely unsatisfied with his service... Remove him to protect reputation of your company... Saying this because i had lodged a complaint recently but he had done hardly any work all my wires / cable laid un-tugged... One of the most unsuitable place was chosen...

My tata sky set top box is not functioning. My product is within warranty period. After repeated complains im assured every time that a person will visit my place within hours but from last 20 days im assured only but no one has resolved my problem.

Each n every time making fool me by customer care and technician... More than 6 times called at customer care but not responded..

I would like to change my present channel to dhamaka packet 199, that i am personally requesting you that due to my poor financial condition i could not be able to continue to afford my present channel packet which cost almost 520 per monthly. I am a tata sky customer... For last one month i am not able to view tv as service requires so i had requested on 21st of june in reply they confirmed me that it'll be proved within couple of days... Got confirmation sms on that... But till date nobody has come to my place yet.. I am asking you nowadays u can't spend a day without tv but i am spending...

Since many days i am not receiving signal on the tata sky box. The society that i am staying in has a tie up with tata sky and have a common dish on the terrace. When ever i call the customer care there is a wait time of 6 or 10 minutes but the call never connects even after half an hour or one hour. Can you please send someone to check as even if there is bright sun outside, we stop don't get signal....

Since 2 mo ths its third time no signal coming in my tv last time i replaced hdmi cable by tatasky agent he took 500 no reciep now after 15 days same problem no signal in my tv i think its worst service am facing i will change soon if it not resolved and i will complaint in consumer forum too if i not get with in 24 hours...

I'm getting this error for the past week even though it was working before that. I called the customer care number but no one picks up the call even after 30 mins. I tried for 3 days still the same. I raised a complaint in the site 2 days ago but no one called me till now. I regret for selecting this service. Every month i get call to recharge even though i recharged for a year. All they care about is the money and none cared about the complaint...
