since 3 days my tata sky not receiving signals.

My Tata Sky ID is [protected]. Since last 3 days I am not getting signals. When I tried to contact on Customer Care center it is very difficult to lodge as first it ask press various numbers and then I need to wait for 3 to 4 minutes by this time I am wasting my time as well as my mobile money....

The engineer did not provide the cable connector which caused me rs 80/. Tata sky has charged me rs. 48/ for extra cable. I was offered one free movie showcase till 16th but when i opted for the movie it did not start. As per the offer made by ms. Priyanka tatasky representative neither the promised channels are being given. Tata sky spoiled my sunday by not giving the movie showcase and wasting my time...
