I am getting emails from tata about my bill payment from long time, i was customer with them for long time and then i got international visa and i was in hurry and i called customer care to deactivate my number and i cleared all my bills. And then 3 mounts latter they continue sending me email for bill payment and now legal compliant emails. I am not happy with them at all.

Placed a disconnection request on 16th nov and i received a call from call center that the request is taken and effective 16th i will not be charged. Again on 23rd, i came to know that they had not taken the disconnection request and i keep receiving calls why do you want to disconnect. Why do you guys prolong a request, i do not understand.

I have been continuosly mailing the tata tele services to de activate my connection from may 2017 as i am not using their service any more and cleared their dues till that time. But they didnt even cared about any of those mails and kept on sending new bills. Now they have sent a legal notice against me.

Myself ashish saluja. Sir my outgoing calls on my both mobile numbers have been blocked from trai. This was the message that i received in my both numbers.

I have submitted my complain and again submitted my aadhar card copy and photo to tata docomo oulet, aamapara chowk, raipur chhattisgarh

Till now my issued is not being resolved and tata docomo executives were saying that your mobile...

I have disconnected my tata connection in oct-2013.
Customer care confirmed on phone that connection is discontinued once i made payment for the october.

After one month, i am receiving the bill for next month i. E. Nov 2013 and continue to receive the same even after telling them periodically whenever contacted that i am not using the services any more and this is wrong bill as i never availed the service.

I have a landline of tata teleservices with no 66312711, my outgoing services were barred due to non payment of bill on time. Later i paid my outstanding amount of rs.356 on[protected] but till today my outgoing services are not activated. Instead of giving back our money, they have sent a legal notice claiming dues from our end. This is very unethical on their part. Their services are already hopeless. I am a customer of tata teleservices for landline service number[protected] from more than one year. The handset sold by the company was made in china product of very inferior quality and we could make it, that it will only survive its warranty of just one year only. Let me clarify one thing i am continuously sending mails to tata teleservices but no one is ready to reply where my device got damaged/broken in october 2016 and i am absolutely unable to use it, and in october 2016 i visited the tata store in sector-4 vaishali ghaziabad and give request to close it because it is got damaged and clear my all dues till that date.

I raised a cancelation request on 28th sep 2015 but the disconnection was done only on 4th oct. I was charged full rental until 20th oct. When i am trying to seek clarification on the disconnection date they are giving me different dates on mail, call. They have sent many mails asking to pay the dues but no one is helping me understand how those dues were calculated. I am not surprised they lost market share in data services. Their processes...

This is regarding to the mails which i am getting on behalf of tata docomo services as notice to something which was already resolved from tata services ages back.

I'm not sure why and who is sending these mails but it seems to be fake as there is no action i need to take or tata docomo needs to take on me.

Please check who is sending these bogus mails and should be stopped from tata...
