I had tata photon account bearing no.[protected]. On 24 04 2017 i requested the company to disconnect the service after payment of the bill as on that date. After one month the company raised the bill and when i lodged a complaint, asked me to forward the mail that was sent on 24 04 2017. We are using Tata Internet Lease line 4Mbps.A/c No[protected] & 2 PRI Lines with A/C No.[protected].
We have requested many a times to TTML team to show some decency to reply to our complaints and to visit our office to resolve the Lease Line issue, but nothing has been resolved.
Internet Lease Line connection was disconnected by TTML on 23rd April 2016 without prior intimation & notice.
We are ready to pay whatever outstanding...

I have called Customer care number and gave them sufficeient information like name, address and Where it was purchased-SIM. We have 2 PRI lines installed from TATA TELESERVICES, we have requested for 3rd line in our new group office premises, its been over one month we are following up with the concern Person Mr. Sunil ([protected]) - Key Accounts Mangers, and Mr. Dinesh ([protected]), who always have been giving false information about the installation, and always replying stating it will be done tomorrow.

I'm writing from trivenisarees.com. We had taken a tata sip connection (Tata docomo no[protected], account number:[protected], setup in june 2015 & every month thereafter. The sip connection was for a simultaneous 20 lines, allowing for minimum usage of rs 10, 000 per month.

However, there were technical issues from tata teleservices side right at the installation – resulting in ping drops & inability to use the system...
