please unsubscribe my number from sms alerts [protected]. others wise i go to court...

I brought a deal from TimesDeal.com, i booked an appointment and was assured that will get the service on that day. The merchant is not picking the calls from past 1 month. When i contacted Timesdeal for a refund, they shock off saying they cant give a refund but can extend the validity of the coupon. This was not what i needed but still agreed to their terms. Till date the merchant is not picking any calls and the Timesdeals customer care...

I have been cheated by timesdeal.com

Its almost 3weeks since money in my bank is deducted, but i havent recieved any refund or coupoun.

I haven't received the coupon even after my money is deducted on Dec 1, 2011.

Then I get back to timedeal.com

As per them 'for the order no:- TD121314, we would like to inform you that...

I had buyed a deal from timesdeal.Com and paid amount of 50 rs thru my credit card, and according to plan I should received 100 rs talk value promocode of paytm. But after sending multiple emails to timesdeal and paytm, I had not recieved any feedback.

When I contacted the timesdeal.Com customer care, they said the deal had expired and we can't give your money back neither we can give you that deal.

the card was deducted wrongly and such a blunder.

It has been 3 months since I am fighting on with timedeal. THEY DID NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY...

AND APOLOGISED AND HANDED OVER VOUCHERS/DEALS FOR SAME AMOUNT....AS THEY TOLD ME REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE....

i tried to call you but your phone was busy and i also sent a number of mails but...

There exists a website providing offers and deals over online.
The website asks you to buy the deal and you get many things for free for less amount.
If you follow the steps, you will be asked to pay a leaner amount and will have no response after that.
No customer care support, no page/mail for them to respond or any media of communication with them.

Hence I would initially suggest not to pay anything...
