They have delivered all the items by night 10.30 pm, except watermelon which they forgot to deliver. Order id 4152736...the worst muttion i ate in my life. the meat delivered is of sub standard, not fit to even feed the dogs, it was a complete scrap.
the mrp of goodnight repellent on the product is 72/- but you charged me 85/-, the vim bar has the mrp of 40/- and you charged me 43/- for 2 qty.
i demand a full refund for the meat priced 259/- and 199/- respectively along with the excess amount for the 2 products.

Beware!! Never order from this bogus company.. Ive already burnt my fingers once. My oder no. 4141307
1. Order was promised to be delivered in a slot and that never came.
2. call to their call center makes u wait for hours before connecting.
3. For escalation. I was given two phone nos that is always switched off!!!
4. After 5 attempts to their call center, I was told refund will take 5 days!!!

I suspect a fraud being perpetuated by urdoorstep.com. Every time an order is placed where upfront payment is made - if there are items that are not delivered or are returned - the customer does not get a credit back. I did not realize this till my last order when some items worth Rs. 72 was not delivered and I did not accept delivery of items that were of bad quality for which an amount of Rs. 237 was due back to me. Guess a perfect banya owner who employs limited delivery boys who can never deliver on time . I ordered 2 kgs of mutton curry cut on the previous day and the delivery slot given was 7-9am .
Now it is 1pm and the delivery has not arrived . I had to order food from a restaurant for guests at home as the delivery simply would not arrive after repeated follow ups .
Beware of ordering from their online store ...totally unprofessionally...
