Want to change my registered phone number in videocon d2h dish .
I lost my registered phone number.
Name of the d2 h account : kannangi.m

I have recharged an amount of rs 300/ on 15.04.20 but the amount shown as 234/- only.
The channels are not showing and deduction continues.
The customer care not responding stating there is technical issue and could be resolve only after lockdown.
I could not get even news channel during this period.
The d2h website and d2h ifinity also not working for the addition of channels.

My videocon d2h set top box has it's own set of problems

1. Many a times the information screen remains stuck onscreen and then it does not go away. This is annoyance because i can not view the full picture. The only solution is to switch off and switch on the stb. Sometimes i even need to factory reset the stb but still the problem comes back again in a few hours.

2. Even though i have not touched the stb the...
