Hlo sir i am gurnoor singh i have brought new phone samsung j7 and i have vodafone sim first i was using it on iphone 4 it was just like worst sim not a proper internet speed then i upgraded my sim to 4g from near vodafone store then i put again in iphone 4 then also it doesnt work properly then i decided to take samsung j7 in that phone also it doesnt works plz resolve my problem as soon as possible...

I am a regular payer of bills still I am being harassed by the customer care executives. I had transferred my no. to CUG in September. My e mail was wrongly registered by the executive and hence I did not receive the bill. Now I am told at 4:00 pm that my connection will be disconnected at 6:00 pm. Why should I be paying when I have not received the bill....

Please provide above no phone details. From 2016 to upto. Also give me details this no is working or not. Because this no sim not working. When i try to calling on this no saying is switch off or out of coverage area. This person is not contacted me. & i am warried about it. I am giving some money. & he doesnt take call & answer. Yesterday at 12 noon i went to vodafone store in itpl, bangalore, to get another sim (Micro sim to put in my new mobile set). They said that it will be activated in 2 hours. It is more than 24 hours and it is not activated yet. This is my official number and i am unable to do online transactions because otp comes to this number and it is inactive. Itpl staff are not careful to keep their word and this has happened other times for me....

Hello sir my vodafone no is [protected] i have got daily flash msg n text msg abt the scheme of rs. 347 for 56 days calling n daily 1 gb internet on daily basis even last day 4th of may and today i made recharge of rs 347 then its not started... I feel cheated by vodafone for this... Pls do the needful...

I am using a Vodafone post paid connection since last one year approx. But, during last five /six months two more bills are being sent to me, which I returned every time with remarks that theses are not my connections and I am not using the same. I have recharged Rs 100 on 05/05/2017 around 7.15 am through online amount has been deducted from my bank account but not recharged to my Vodafone [protected] number and Rs 45 on 04/15/2017 around 7.54 pm even this amount also deducted from my bank account but not recharged to my Vodafone [protected] please check and refund the the balance....

With all disappointment I am writing here to indicate that ny Vodafone number was blocked stating I have made calls to numbers as telemarketer and so it has been blocked by TRAI... I just called to invite my friends for a event and nothing else. Vodafone store and customer service didn't help me. Please look into the matter and help in getting my outgoing calls unblocked... I lost my sim (phone) on 26th of April, 2017.
On 27th, I got a new sim that, I was told, was supposed to get activated in 2 hours
It has been 8 days and I am still carrying an INACTIVE SIM.

I have called the so called "customer care" about half a dozen times. I had to call your useless customer care 4 times just to get the sim blocked in the first place.

I visit the vodafone store every morning...
